Flight World War II

This is a 2015 science fiction made by Slightly Distorted Productions and The Asylum. It was directed by Emile Edwin Smith and the stars include Faran Tahir, Robbie Kay, Aqueela Zoll and Matias Ponce.

A large Boeing passenger plane is ready to land in London, England, until a sudden unnatural storm happens in the sky, sending the entire plane back to 1940. As the plane loses every satellite communication and Wifi power stops working, running only on basic fuel and electricity with radio. They try to land in a place they believe is a runway, where it should be, although they discover it's a city getting blitzed by German WW2 aircraft. The captain of the plane and co pilot consider leaving until they come under attack.

This is an alternative past when Luftwaffe used jet engines and guided missiles, which the characters even wonder about. There are many technical details that are unrealistic. Besides all of that, this is clearly an excellent adventure time travel film. There are so many moments that left me on the edge of my seat. It is massively a very fantasy flick with brilliant scenes, acting and special effects.

I rate it a whopping 9/10
